Pre-ordered an iBook and an album yesterday; still nothing.?

I Pre-ordered an iBook due out in July, the orangey circle icon just keeps spinning. I also wanted an album, which is showing up in downloads; but is waiting. I can't delete the album, as the delete button is not highlighted. My internet works for all other sites, but iTunes or the App Store? Help
