GPT Error: Windows cannot be installed to this disk

Cannot make my Bootcamp disk valid for W8 install after formating in win setup, what is wrong?

Also i dont get the option to choose partion size before BC boots the first time...

1. Please disconnect and physically remove your RAID set till Windows is fully installed. Reference - Boot Camp doesn't support RAID configurations - Apple Support and Boot Camp: Partition alert message when using Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support .

2. Only the OS X and designated Windows drive must be connected.

3. BCA should be used and it formats the partition as FAT which Windows Installer will convert to NTFS. Please see Boot Camp: Install Windows on your Mac , How to install Windows using Boot Camp - Apple Support and https://help.apple.com/bootcamp/assistant/6.0/ .
