Today I just lost all my emails from 12 months ago that was in my Inbox. I searched everywhere and no where to be found. Not in the icloud account or on my computer. I did not do anything and it was all there yesterday. How do I recover all my emails?
If that doesn't work, try re-indexing the mailboxes. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.

Yesterday I discovered that all Inbox emails fro 9/15/15 until 2/5/16have disappeared. Disappeared on iCloud webmail also. Support has no idea where they have gone. I have a .me account.😠
try clicking the unread button on top, on each of your inboxes. that might just be it.
