Q: Why can't I purchase apps? I'm logged and account info (credit card info) is updated.

Trying to purchase items on my Apple TV (4th gen). I am logged in and all of my account info is up-to-date, including credit card info.

 

I can download and use free apps - but it won't allow me to download paid items.

 

Again - I checked and double checked my account/credit card info. In fact, with my other devices (iPad, iPhone), I can download paid apps with the same login.

 

Can anyone please help?
