A group iMessage not delivered, which of the group?

A couple of related questions on the topic.

1. You send an iMessage to a group of 3 resulting in the error 'not delivered'. Does that mean all 3 were undelivered because possibly 1 could not be or does it mean 1 or more of the group could not be delivered? If 1 or 2 were not delivered then how do you determine which were and which were not delivered?

2. If your default is set to iMessage and you know a particular contact does not have an iPhone and the message must be sent SMS, how do you do it?

3. If a person isn't good about checking their email but lives on their texting is there a clever, automated way of sending the email but notifying them by text of the sent email?
