When trying to use i messages it says communication error please make sure you are connected to the internet and i definitely am connected to the internet. Also sometimes when i try and sign into iMessages after i put in my apple id and password it kinda greyed out and no matter how many times i click on sign in nothing happens. Same issue with FaceTime. I also wiped out Macintosh and did a reinstall but that didn't help either.
