home sharing to iphone video starts and stops

I have i tunes running on a pc. i have an up to date iphone 5s. when i start playing a movie or a tv show it will play but it starts and stops on its own til it just stops. when it stops completly i can sometimes hit play sometimes it will knock my out of home sharing completely. i have found some trouble shooting on here tried alot of the basic wifi channels and all ,dont think it is interference i can lay the phone on the router and it still does it.
