No matter the genre or the price, iBooks isn't letting me download any books on my iphone 6. I have 28.5GB free, so space isn't an issue either.
I tried turning off and turning on my phone, but that didn't work either.
My phone and app are up to date.
Suggestions would be great!

I just got off the phone with Apple Support and I was told that there is a problem with iBooks right now in that books will not download properly. My book says it's corrupt and cannot be opened even after deleting it and re-downloading it. I will try again in a few days.

Go Reset
Do Reset All Settings
It will restart your ipad/iphone , you have to do your wireless settings again.
It will not delete anything but it will fix all " not downloading ibooks " problems
It will reset all settings.
