Cant hear on receiver when call
If i make a call with my iphone 5 , i can't hear the receiver, they can hear me and if i use the speaker i can hear them fine All other sounds wordk perfectly.. What can i do? Help me pls

Hi there satria03,
It sounds like you cannot hear anyone in the earpiece receiver on your phone but you hear them just fine on speakerphone. There is an article about troubleshooting the receiver, and I would definitely suggest taking a loot at it.
If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone
