Q: aiuto

Il mio i phone 6 si è improvvisamente spento circa sei ore. Sulla schermata iniziale mi compare la batteria scarica. L'ho lasciato in carica per circa sei ore. Cosa devo fare per risolvere il problema? Ho provato a fare tutto. Sono senza cellulare!!!!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1

    Have you tried resetting your device: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears. If you see the Apple, then the reset is taking place and the Slide to Unlock screen will display shortly. If you get no response, charge the device for at least an hour by connecting it to a power source (not a computer), then try the reset again.

    Thank you for the answer. I already tried more than once but nothing happened. I think the problem is related to the new IOS 9.2.1. But now I don't have a phone

    So, you are indicating that the phone is off, and won't charge?

    Yep. This is the problem , it won't charge.

    OK, so check the charging port to see if there is lint or other debris that is prevent the charger from making full contact:

     

    -     Using a clean, soft, toothbrush, brush out the port on both the phone and the charger

    -     Many posters have reported that using a wooden toothpick on the phone port and carefully digging around the corners has produced copious amounts of lint. If you keep your phone in your pocket, this is very possible. Try cleaning out the phone port thoroughly

     

    -     Also, you need to try a different USB cable to make sure it is not the cable itself that is causing the issue. Be sure to only use an Apple cable or an Apple-certified cable. Other cables will not work.
