If you can't update apps try these steps:

• Make sure you're running the latest iOS version

  Open Settings > Tap General > Tap About > Tap Software Update

  • If you're running the latest iOS version, you'll get a message saying "Your software is up to date."
• Make sure you're on a wireless connection.
  
• Reset your network settings

  Open Settings > Tap General > Tap on Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings

  • If you're prompted for a passcode, go ahead and enter it then follow the remaining onscreen instructions.
• Sign out of iTunes & App Store and iCloud

  Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
