If you can't update apps try these steps:
- Make sure you're running the latest iOS version
- Open Settings > Tap General > Tap About > Tap Software Update
- If you're running the latest iOS version, you'll get a message saying "Your software is up to date."
- If you're running the latest iOS version, you'll get a message saying "Your software is up to date."
- Open Settings > Tap General > Tap About > Tap Software Update
- Make sure you're on a wireless connection.
- Reset your network settings
- Open Settings > Tap General > Tap on Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
- If you're prompted for a passcode, go ahead and enter it then follow the remaining onscreen instructions.

- Open Settings > Tap General > Tap on Reset > Tap Reset Network Settings
- Sign out of iTunes & App Store and iCloud
