Q: iam facing battery stuck issue during charging. the battery stucks on stand by mode and when i press any button during charge the battery start charging

Hi there Rai Muhammad Usman,

It sounds like you are plugging in your phone but it doesn't actually charge until you press any of the buttons on it. If your phone is still on iOS 9.1.2 then I would highly recommend updating it to 9.2.1. I realize you may already be on the current version since it is easy to transpose numbers, but just in case:

Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If that is not the case or that does not resolve the issue, I would next force your phone to reset with the Home and the Sleep/Wake buttons and test it out again:

You should force restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a last resort, and only if it's not responding. To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
