quicktime don't install on windows 8

Hi, Quick time cannot be installed on windows 8.1, please show me how to install quicktime on windows 8, or make an official package supporting wsindows 8: since 4 years windows 7 is obsolete so apple have to update package to make it work with today's windows. http://pix.toile-libre.org/?img=1455523537.png .
