IPhone 6 switch off with 40% battery

Hello,

I'm from France. My IPhone 6 switch off itself while it's still 30% to 40% battery. I can't switch on before plug in It. Then battery show it's not empty. It´s like this for ios9.

Could you have a solution for that ? Could you help me without to be obliged to get an appointment in applestore?

thanks

Howdy Renald,

If I understand correctly, there's an issue with your iPhone 6 turning itself off unexpectedly when the battery the battery percentage is at a specific level. The article below describes a similar issue and outlines general troubleshooting steps that should help you resolve the issue.

I have the same problems since approx one week with my iPhone 6, MG4F2ZD/A

IoS and all apps are on the latest version.

I can only start when connected to the power supply. When immediately after a restart I disconnect the iPhone from the power supply it takes only a few seconds and the phone switches off again.

During restart it shows the symbol for empty battery.

After the restart is completed it shows 40% battery capacity.

WIthin a few minutes the battery shows already 50% with the standard iPhone charger.

A battery monitoring app (BatteryLife) says "excellent" 100% capacity.

When the possible cause is an app, how can I find out which app ( without deactivating all apss and testing for weeks...)?

THanks for your answer.
