Q: cannot unlock apple id

MY apple id is not lost or forgotten it's because a password entered wrong a lot of times and it got locked, even i try to install an app with that apple id it says apple id locked and it takes me to the iforgot page and i entered my apple id and password and it said apple id is unavailable if i cannot unlock it, i wanna terminate it.. if i try to terminate it though on the apple id terminate page it says this apple id is unavailable. This is stupid, i cannot now trade my iphone 6 to an 6s because of an locked apple id, if i even try to reset it it needs my apple id but it's locked so i cant use it. Please unlock it or just terminate it
