If you don't know your Apple/iCloud ID, you can go to: FORGOT APPLE ID to try to retrieve it. Once you have retrieved the ID, you can then reset the password. If you don't remember the answers to your Security Questions, contact Apple Support to have them reset: ACCOUNT SECURITY SUPPORT
