Q: podcast crash

My podcast app is crashing within 5 mins of loading. Followed all the advice seen here, and on the internet. It doesn't work, I have reloaded my entire iphone 5s even reloaded the operating system. Please help me get it working again.....

    How much free space do you have?

     

    I was seeing crashes every day in Apples Podcast app, so I backed up erased & restored. Leaving a few GB free seems to help the app stop crashing, but I don't know if that is the only reason. I also deleted ALL the feeds before backing up & then recreated them by hand after the backup was restored. I do have a lot of feeds.

     

    Otherwise, try another app, Overcast, Acast… there are many alternatives.
