Take your phone to an Apple Store for repair.

Don't follow silly instructions that you find on the web again.

It's not a "glitch." It's something you did on purpose that rendered your phone useless.

Try the DFU mode, maybe this will help.

Apple is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
