Basically iTunes stores its media in
C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\.You can find all the music there in whatever format it was in when it was imported to iTunes. MP3 files will be in MP3, Music bought from the iTunes store will be in m4a or acc formats, etc...
You can use the files directly if your android phone support them, otherwise you will need to convert them to a format your phone supports.
From there you would need to use whatever means the phone manufacturer has determined to transfer music to it.
