Hi, for the past few weeks (i think it was after the last software update, but not sure), ibooks has been consuming all my memory, even though there are no books. I had four ibooks that were about 500mb, and I tried deleting them, but it didnt change anything.
I am using an ipad mini with 16gb storage, and ibooks says it is using 7.8gb, 7.3 when I delete my books. It also keeps re-downloading the books after I delete them. I even went into my account online to try "hiding" the books, which worked for a day, and then the ipad re-downloaded them again.
Whatever the issue is, it has rendered my ipad useless because it has consumed all the storage, and causes all the apps to crash.
I have tried soft reset as well, to no avail. I would think a hard reset might solve it, but I would like to avoid this at all costs.
