Q: Preview highlighting shifted

Hi all,

 

I've had several issues with highlighting in preview on the mac, but none more frustrating than realizing that my entire document has shifted all my text highlights down a few cms. As an academic who reads a lot of articles online, this is incredibly frustrating! Is there any way to fix this?Screen Shot 2016-02-15 at 5.48.15 PM.png

    FWIW, it seems there are a number of rendering issues with Preview. It also looks like your highlighting shifted to the left. Nothing to be done really until Apple fixes it. Perhaps try Adobe Reader.

    I have right today experienced the same problem. Opening a pdf that was annotated with Preview a couple of days ago led to the similar shift you Zepharin experienced, a bit under-and-to-the-left. Extremely frustrating!!! Any way to fix it, or at least to strongly signal the problem so that it will be fixed is welcomed!Screen Shot 2016-03-16 at 15.57.11.png
