We have credits in the iTunes store from entering iTunes cards. We use these credits when buying iBooks. Is there a way to use these credits when renting a movie via apple TV on our television as it always uses our credit card?

We have dollar credits in the iTunes store from redeeming prepaid iTunes cards. We use these dollar credits when buying iBooks. Is there a way to use these credits when renting a movie via apple TV on our television as it always uses our credit card, rather than the credits redeemed and on our account?
