Mar 4, 2016 11:35 PM in response to Splice1996by Christina6565,I Don't know if this will work, but Im 99.99% sure it will. Either let your battery die on the phone, or you can disconnect the battery from the phone. There are videos on YouTube on how to do this if you don't know. Wait 30 seconds and reconnect battery or plug phone in to charge and turn it on. It should reset the time and get it out of 1970, because the mode changes it to january 1 1970, and this is a time when the time on computers and stuff started. The explanation is There is a number on each phone and device that keeps track of the time. 64 bit code is what is on the iPhone. It sets it to zero, and that changes it to the farthest date where the time can't count because it has run out of code, and it becomes stuck in a endless loop, causing the phone to be stuck on that logo. Here is a example: if there is a 4 bit code on the device, the first time would be all zeros 0000. that can only count to 15 seconds. 64 bit should count to some time after the world is gone, so we don't need to worry, but it gets set to that time, thus making the loop it is in.
