Q: My synced playlist won't play music, it just scrolls through every song.

When I select my source as "Apple Watch" and click on the synced playlist, it just starts scrolls through all the songs without playing them. Its almost as if I'm holding down the "Next" button. How do I get my synced playlist to work?

    Hi

    Check that the songs you have added to your playlist are available offline on your iPhone.

    For example, if you have added tracks from Apple Music, ensure that you have downloaded those tracks to your iPhone.

    Check also that your music has finished syncing to your watch. The playlist will only sync when your watch is charging and your iPhone is nearby, with the devices connected via Bluetooth.

    With the devices arranged in this way, to check on the sync progress, open the Watch app on your iPhone and go to My Watch > Music.

    If everything appears to be in order, it may help to restart both your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first:

    - To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off;

    - To turn it on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
