Feb 15, 2016 11:34 PM in response to RiekeMeby D.Cohen,Try restarting the phone and setting up everything from scratch.
Make sure you follow the steps from this Apple Support article:
Get started with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
Take a look this Apple Support article: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

My current I tunes version is 12.2.2. I can not update it anymore because my Mac (2008) is too old I guess I have to find someone with another computer and newest version of Itunes.
