I understand that, when you're having trouble getting apps to download when connected to your Wi-Fi network. The steps outlined below detail how to resume these downloads.
- Tap iTunes Store.
- On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Downloads.
On your iPad, tap Downloads. - If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap the blue download arrow next to a paused item to resume the download.
If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC. Then sync it to your iOS device.
You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.
If you still can't restart your downloads, get more help.
