As of now I am an owner of a small IT organization, and we are looking for a plugin application through which we can directly chat with our clients and resolved out there queries as soon as they required. And I am posting this discussion over here in apple site for getting most of the reviews and comments which will set my mind allied this doubt- shall I have to use this plugin or other plugin application.
