Q: Can't connect to Itunes on that account

Is there a way to transfer money to a new itunes account? my old one something is wrong with it I can connect to Itunes it just win ever I try to use that app game it crashes I made a new account put it on my Iphone 6 plus and it worked fine nothing crashing nothing wrong however I have money on my old account that can't connect to Itunes win I tried lots of methods trying to get that to work I even deleted my data and made a new game on my Ipaid air that is where the issue is and it didn't work it still crashed but the one on the Iphone 6 works good I wish that whole using your own store credit as a gift without using a payment I wish that worked but It seems I can't use it as a gift that annoying

So this is a feedback whatever you want to call it so win you see can't connect to Itunes in the app that's bad very bad just that one account on my Ipad air that is not working right and my other account on my Iphone 6 plus that is working sorry for the frustration

Yes on my Ipaid air on that buggy account it just win I try to use my credit to buy stuff in the app it can't connect go back to my other account my Iphone 6 account I go and buy something it works same game different accounts so yes the app is fine it just that bug issue can't connect to Itunes on that account

So I wish there was a way to transfer credit to my new account so I can get rid of this buggy account but sadly there is not...right?
