It sounds like there's an issue with your iPhone 5 not being unable to connect to your cellular network, the device just says searching. Unfortunately, I already checked the page linked in your answer and all the advices mentioned.
The issue is still the same and I think my iPhone has a hardware problem. I am really upset and can only use my iPhone as an iPod at the moment :-(
