Every so often my watch will take a photo of its own face and post that picture to my computer. How does that happen?

Screenshots are taken (and added to Photos on your iPhone) when you press and hold the side button on your Apple Watch and then also press and immediately release the Digital Crown.
This may happen by accident when, for example, the buttons are pressed by the back of your hand (when flexing at the wrist) or by your clothing catching on the buttons.
