the iphone could not be activated because of the error oxE800002D

Have been using Iphone 4

restored it using two different computers with different wifi..still getting the error oxE800002D

please help.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

That is a Windows error. If you see a '0xE' error when you connect your iOS device to a PC - Apple Support

Do you have the latest version of iTunes? Try the troubleshooting in the support document.

The same error is popping up again.

The last step of the support document states that if you continue to get the error after trying to steps in the document, then contact Apple Support. That is your next step.
