Feb 16, 2016 12:03 PM in response to KyleVanSyocby ChrisJ4203,★HelpfulI've not seen this, however I do not use another fitness app. There are no many real settings when it comes to Health app, I wonder if there are some settings in this other fitness app you are using that is deleting the information when imported to it.
EDIT: If you go to Settings>Privacy>Motion & Fitness, do you have Fitness Tracking and Health turned on there? Sorry, grabbing at straws now.

Feb 16, 2016 12:05 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by KyleVanSyoc,I do. Unfortunately, the other app doesn't have any 'Health' related settings, it directs you to the 'Health' app itself for any syncing settings or issues.
Appreciate your help though. I couldn't find any answers doing my own research, thought I'd see if anyone else had experienced this.
