Audio and Video is not synced up right in ios9 on iphone 6 plus

This has been happening for quite some time now and i cant find any help online or over the phone. Am i the only one experiencing an issue with the audio ans video playback on any video on my iPhone 6 plus. videos i shot on my phone, you tube videos. Netflix videos all are out of sync. Any help is greatly appreciated.
