Apple TVAre you still signed into your iCloud account, de-authorising shouldn't log you out of anything. I assume you are referring to associated devices.

Feb 26, 2016 2:07 AM in response to nonuniformby Winston Churchill,The two devices have nothing to do with each other in regard to signing in and out of iCloud, not does disassociating a device with iTunes have anything to do with iCloud.
You should sign out of your old device at iCloud.com > Find My Phone. in a browser on a mac/PC.

Try signing in on your new device while connected to a different network.
