Using iTunes 12.3.2.35 and I have multiple albums with the tracks out of order. The numbers are all correct, and on the "Get Info" panel the tracks are listed in correct order (1 is 1, 2 is 2...) but the show up in the album and song view sorts in an incorrect order (track 7 is last instead of playing as track 7). Any fixes? I've already changed the whole thing around in the "Get Info"

Go to VIEW on the tool bar and pick VIEW AS..... then SONGS. Then the list changed go into any of the column headers and right click. Scroll down and pick "track number". You should see the track numbers. Pick the column header and it will re-sort for you.
I still use iTunes 7.5 so I don't know the details of iTunes 12. I believe some of this depends upon how you have items display such as using the Songs view.
In the Songs view look at the album when sorted as Album by Artist. Enable the Disc No. column. Typically this issue can be caused by inconsistent disc numbers. See Grouping tracks into albums for more.
