So at this point you actually have 2 Apple IDs. One is the incorrect email and the other is the correct email address. Your iPad is Activation Locked to the original incorrect Apple ID at this point. You should start with trying to Reset Your Apple ID Password for the incorrect email address by utilizing the security questions option. If you successfully do this, you will be able to get past the activation lock screen you are currently at and get your iPad set up again using the CORRECT Apple ID.
