A While ago I paid 9.99 to fully unlock guitar hero live. But the other day I accedntly delted it. So I reinstalled the app and signed into Game Center. I get to the screen and instead of it going to the full game it opens to the trial version and It also says for 9.99 you can unlock the full game! After I purchased it before. Please help If needed I have the purchase in my Purchase history and order code with it. Thanks!

You should not pay for it gain. It restores it. I have restored in app purchase in the past and was not charged again. The key is ...was the in app purchase a consumable. Unlocking the full game with an in app purchase is not a consumable in app purchase. It is a one time purchase that unlocks the full game and is available again if needed.
Do you see the option to restore the purchase in the game settings? If you don't want to take any chances, contact the game developer.
