When I am capturing any photos or taking screen shot, photos are saving in folders (Camera Roll and Photo Stream)..
Please tell why its like that or if its fault or any setting please do let me know.

If you don't want to use Photo Stream you can turn it off via Settings > iCloud > Photos > Upload to My Photo Stream.
If you want to continue to use Photo Stream be aware that even though it looks like the photos are stored twice there is really only one photo and it is not occupying duplicate space on your phone. More information about Photo Stream: My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support
Photos are saving in 2 folders i.e. Camera Roll and Photo stream, ideal it should be saved in camera roll
