I understand that you are having issues with accessing the internet on your iPhone. Let's go over some troubleshooting steps for both accessing the internet over cellular and Wi-Fi.
Some simple troubleshooting that covers both options is restarting your iPhone. You can then move on to reseating the SIM card for issues with cellular and resetting the network settings for issues with Wi-Fi.
