I don't know where to respond, but as an Apple user since the late 1980s I want to strongly voice my support for Tim Cook's position on Apple security. Apple can not be lumped in with Google, Facebook and others who use personal data for their financial gain. Please add my voice to the list of people who use Apple products precisely becuase they respect my privacy, not in spite of it. Thank you.

I fully agree but the best way to contact Apple is through one of the feedback links. Unfortunately I'm not sure which would be the best link for this topic.
Send a letter, in an envelope, with a stamp to Apple headquarters.

Hopefully the discussion will be civil and erudite. I know "the marketplace ideas" doesn't hold sway here but when Apple's main man asks for discussion it's hard to ask for a better place. That is, here's what some Apple user feel about the matter.
I will now leave the discussion to make room for other people.
