Q: I would like to remove automatic renewal for this three month trial of Apple Music. How do I do that?

I accepted the Three-Month Free Trial of "Apple Music" one week ago. I do not want it now and I do not want it automatically renewed at the three-month end. How do I manage this in my account? There does not appear to be a box to opt out.
