Thanks for your response. A message popped up from this site telling me that my mac is infected and i should download mackeeper immediately. How can i check whether my machine has any virus?
There are no viruses for a Mac, you are being scammed. Don't fall for it.
What is happening (other then the notification)
No. MacKeeper is a third party application and is completely unrelated to Apple. Any such sites would have nothing to do with Apple.
Additionally, I don't believe this site is even related to MacKeeper either.
I would not download anything from it.
The download link is non functional anyway.
There is a notification showing that my computer is 28.9% damaged and that if i don't download mackeeper i will damage my entire system!
It's a lie, do not download MacKeeper.
