Q: Volume on phone and speakerphone is low

The volume is bad. I can hardly hear callers, rings or speakerphone. I use an earbud to use my phone.

If you're having a hard time hearing things from your iPhone's speaker, then I suggest that you run through the troubleshooting in the support article linked to below.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
