Deleted contacts from icloud

OK guys recently i wanted to shift my data of contacts from my iPhone to another iPhone It told me to merge contacts and when it asked for the data already on my iPhone i accidentally pressed delete from my iPhone no i dont have the contact on either of my phones nor are they on icloud plus i didnt make a backup

plss guys help me somehow plsssssss and i cant find it on recently deleted on the icloud website another peculiar thing is that it only transferred contact with alphabets "A" only
