I am getting "This action could not be completed. Try again (-22421)" error while uploading update for existing app.

I am using Xcode 7.1.1

Hi Amitfrommaharashtra, i'm also facing same error while uploading new version of app, i'm using Xcode 7.2.
Did you find any solutions.

This happens because Apple's servers may not working correctly. Just wait and try later or next time. It will work for sure finally.
