The screen of my MacBook Pro (El Capitan) suddenly frozen and I restart it by pressing the power button. Then the fan runs very loud and the system run very slow after I logging in. Also, the trackpad stop working. I tried to reset SMC and NVRAM but it's still the same. Please help me...Thanks!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
Install a temperature/fan speed monitoring application.
Open Activity Monitor to ALL PROCESSES and set CPU to display values from high to low.
When the fan(s) run fast, post images of both for review.
Run an Apple Hardware Test or Apple diagnostics (which ever is applicable:

I opened Activity Monitor and it showed that the usage of 'kernel_task' is 300%......
