iPad mini problem

my Ipad mini has been glitching a lot. it's not cracked but it's been fixed two times now. I can lift up half the screen, there's also white and black dots in it and I reached in to get some and now my finger prints appeared a week later. when I try to text someone it scrolls around, trys to send current location or goes to a new message and types words randomly then it stops then goes black and takes me back to the home screen. then if I try to slide it to the other thing where my apps are it goes the other way! I reset it then it just goes back to doing this. i clean with water and Im afraid that it could be the cause of these problems.it never happened before, it's been doing this for a couple of weeks now and I got the screen fixed on Christmas, I also stopped cleaning it. should I put it in rice or get a new screen or go to a Apple Store or something else?
