iPhone 6 restart

Last night late at night, my phone started blinking. I brushed it off as something simple, like my phone died. I turned it on this morning, and it showed the iTunes logo and a USB cable. I didn't have time to deal with it. I just left my phone charging. I came home, googled it, did everything, restarted it, and didn't work. I tried this multiple times, and did not work. I tried restoring it to factory settings, and it had an error message like "Phone not eligible, try again..." I didn't do anything to it, and it is fairly new with no scratches, etc. I also didn't do the "retro Mac hack" at all, just to make it clear. Any advice?

When you see the iTunes logo and USB cable, you have no choice but to plug your iPhone into iTunes. If you don't have time to deal with it, your iPhone will remain incapacitated until you do.

If you see "Ineligible for Requested Build", this explains how to proceed:

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support

Be certain iTunes on your computer is current (12.3.2) or you will not be able to deal with your iOS 9 iPhone.
