Q: Restoring Ringtones

I recently upgraded my iPhone 5S to a iPhone 6 Plus. Before the upgrade I backed up my phone on iTunes. After restoring my account to my new phone, my purchases on iTunes are no longer on my phone. I want to get my ringtones back so that I don't have to purchase them AGAIN. When looking at my account on iTunes I can see in my past purchases that I did purchase them, yet there is no where on there that it says transfer to phone or restore. It is just a receipt. Help please! Thank you!

Ringtones purchased from the iTunes Store are a one-time only download. They may well not record the exact settings used to cut them. The onus is on you to transfer and backup any such purchases. You can ask the iTunes Store support staff if there is anything they can do, but I wouldn't be optimistic.

I made the ringtone purchase while on my ipad but can't access it on my iPhone.

If I wanted to be messed around I would have bought an android .....right?
