Q: is there any difference in excel between office and home versions
there are two versions on office for Mac, home (word, excel and powerpoint) and office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)
I do not need the outlook but I do need the excel to have all it's features, so I need to know if the excel that comes in this two versions is the same or does it have some difference depending on the version you get.

The same. The only differences in the two versions of Office that you cite are the programs that are included with them, no difference in the actual programs themselves.
